1. Song
- 1.1 How to add a song using editor with chord's shortcuts bar
  1. Open the search window
  2. Touch the [+] button at the top left to open the music editor
  3. Fill in the "Title" field with the song title
  4. Fill in the "Reference" field with the author's name, artist or album of music
  5. Fill in the "Youtube" field with some video link from Youtube that contains this song (optional)
  6. Touch [Check one or more tags] to open the tags available (you can add more tags in this screen)
  7. Enter the music and chords in the editor. To help in the writing of the chords, use the chord's shortcut keys above the keyboard
  8. Touch [Salve] when finished. *The music is saved automatically every 5 seconds
  9. Touch [Close] to close the editor
- 1.2 How to edit a song
  1. Select the song you want to edit
  2. Touch button the bottom bar of music visualization window
- 1.3 How to record an audio note in a song
  1. Select the song you want to record
  2. Touch on the bottom bar of song visualization window. *You must authorize DataCifra using the iPad's microphone. If unauthorized or message requesting authorization does not appear, just go to Settings > Privacy > Microphones and authorize DataCifra.
  3. Touch to record
  4. Touch to stop recording
  5. Touch to listen to the recording
  6. Touch to delete the recording (only after you delete will be able to record again)
  7. Touch to share the recording via e-mail
- 1.4 How to delete a song
  1. Open to search and locate the music you want to delete
  2. Slide your finger from right to left over the music
  3. Touch the [Delete] button that will appear
- 1.5 How to export a song
  1. Select the song you want to export
  2. Touch button on the top bar of the song visualization window
  3. Select the option you want to export: PDF, PNG image or as DTCX via AirDrop, Facebook or Twiiter. AirDrop is only available for iPad Mini, iPad 4th generation or later with Bluetooth enabled.

  1. Open Safari and open the site http://cifraclub.com.br
  2. Search for the song you want to import
  3. Touch button located next to the address field of the site
  4. Touch the [Copy] option
  5. Open DataCifra
  6. Touch the [+] button at the top left to open the song editor
  7. Touch [Import from Website] button
  8. The DataCifra automatically recognizes the address and paste on the field if it is valid.
  9. Touch [OK]. The title, reference and lyrics will be imported
  10. Select one or more tags for song
  11. Touch [Salve] when finished. *The music is saved automatically every 5 seconds
  12. Touch [Close] to close the editor
- 1.7 How to import a song from a TXT file
  1. Create a text file (use a simple text editor like Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or similar)
  2. On the first line put the song title
  3. On the second line put the reference
  4. The third row in place before the letter and figure
  5. Send the file to the configured email on the iPad that has DataCifra
  6. Open the email on your iPad and tap the text file attached
  7. Select the DataCifra to open the file
  8. Confirm the import file when opening the DataCifra
2. Search and Visualization
- 2.1 How to search songs by title, reference or lyrics
  1. Tap the search field located at the top of the search window
  2. Enter the term you want to find and select [Title], [Reference] or [Lyrics]
  3. Tap one of the songs found to open
  4. Slide your finger from right to left to advance one song in the search result. *If you make this gesture near the left edge, the search window opens
  5. Slide your finger from left to right to go back a song in the search result. *If you make this gesture with the search window opened, it will be closed
  6. Touch [Cancel] to close the search and reload all the songs
- 2.2 How to watch the video associated with song
  1. Touch button located on the bottom bar of the song visualization window to open the video window
  2. Tap the play button to start
- 2.3 How to change the pitch of song
  1. Touch the button or button located on the bottom of song visualization window to raise or lower the tone, respectively
- 2.4 How to change the font size of song
  1. Touch the button or button located on the bottom of song visualization window to increase or decrease the font size, respectively

  1. Touch the button located on the bottom of song visualization window to hide the song's chords. This function is useful for singers.

3. Tags Tags are keywords that are used to group the songs. May be the subject of music, rhythm name or even a common word music.

  1. Touch button located at the top of the search window to open tag's window
  2. Drag the list of tags down to display the field of new tag
  3. Enter the desired theme and tap the button to add
- 3.2 How to edit a tag
  1. Touch button located at the top of the search window to open tag's window
  2. Tap and hold on the name of the tag to edit
- 3.3 How to delete a tag

  2. Slide left on a tag to delete
- 3.4 How to organize the songs by tags for easy location

  2. Check one or more tags you want to filter
  3. Touch [Apply Filter] to close and filter the songs in the search window
  4. To remove the tag filter, touch the button again, clear tags previously selected and tap on [Remove filter].
    - TIP: Touch and hold the button until the tag filter is removed.
4. Favorites
- 4.1 How to create a quick list of favorite songs
  1. Tap the button to the left of each song in the search window or the star button that is on the bottom bar of the song visualization window
  2. Touch button located at the top of the search window to show only faved songs. Tap again to display all the songs.
5. Set Lists Set Lists are the most convenient way to select songs for an essay or concert. The songs of a set list can be sorted manually to follow the desired sequence.

  1. Touch button located at the top of the search window to open the set lists window
  2. Drag the listing down to display the field of new set list
  3. Enter the set list name and tap the button to add
- 5.2 How to edit a set list
  1. Touch button located at the top of the search window to open the set lists window
  2. Tap and hold on the name of the set list to edit
- 5.3 How to delete a set list
  1. Touch button located at the top of the search window to open the set lists window
  2. Slide left on a set list to delete
- 5.4 How to add or remove a songs from a set list

  2. Touch the [ i ] button of the set list you want to manage to open the songs
  3. Tap a song to add. To remove, tap again
  4. Touch button to open the preview of the song. In the preview you can hear the audio note recorded by tapping the button
  5. You can use the search feature to find a song more easily
  6. Touch [Only selected songs] button to hide the songs that are not part of the set list
  7. Touch [< Set Lists] button to return to set lists
  8. Tap the name of the set list to open

- 5.6 How to sort the songs in a set list

  2. Tap the name of a list to open
  3. In the search window will appear the songs of set list
  4. Touch the [Reorder Songs] button at the top of the search window
  5. Tap and hold the symbol of 3 horizontal lines that is right for each song and move up or down to sort the list
  6. When finished, touch the [OK] button located at the top of the search window
